• Drafting and finalizing the contents to be worked on. You will get a lot of topics and information while researching however; you should only work on those that are related to your field of interest. Other contents should be referred but they should not be included and by drafting you will make sure about the things to be added in your publication.

• Proper reading of the entire document or in whatever format it is in. without proper proof reading it is difficult to make sure what are problems and issues in the document. You can go through various scholarly journals for information and detailing of the topics. But without proof reading nothing can be finalized.
