The typical fame path of the Disney Teen Machine is mapped to bring normal youngsters into popular stars. It gives them TV shows, a contract with Disney-owned Hollywood Records, songs in heavy rotation on Radio Disney and on Disney-movie sound tracks, a concert tour with Disney-owned Buena Vista Concerts as well as tie-in merchandise throughout the Disney stores.
Over the past three years, the world has seen how Disney launched stars into orbit: Miley Cyrus in 2006, Selena Gomez in 2007, the Jonas Brothers in 2008 and Demi Lovato in 2010. Original TV movies, Disney turned to produce sequel, sound track album, a motion picture, books and video games for teen which are unbelievably successful. If the company leverages all aspects of the brand, the teen franchises are a formidable force. "So far, the franchise has generated $150 million to $200 million in operating income." estimates Barclays Capital analyst Anthony DiClemente.
From a Mickey Mouse Club, where young teenagers share their love for singing, Disney has become the most profitable pump in entertainment industry.

The club started in 1983 and renamed in 1989: The All New Mickey Mouse Club. Many superstars were in Mickey clubs when they were children, such as Ryan Gosling, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears.
Hilary Duff, also known as Lizzie McGuire - a title character she played, was the first star to start recording hit albums for Disney-owned Hollywood Records. She remained a successful star even when she grew up.
