However they are also disposable. These are not advised by the dentists because they are not made according to the custom fit. Again, they are unable to protect the teeth appropriately. The ready-made guards are available in small, medium and large sizes. It is always better to use the custom-made guards to have superior protection. The ready-made mouthpieces can reduce one's ability to speak properly. These are not safe to be worn while playing contact sports.
