There are specific exercises which target parts of the face, so as much as possible, DO NOT make your own exercises. There is one particular exercise that I really like; it's called The Blowfish. This exercises targets the cheeks and can help with fat cheeks. To do the Blowfish, follow these instructions:
1. Face a mirror while you do this exercise.
2. Close your mouth and fill your left cheek with air; hold for eight to ten seconds then relax your face.
3. Next, fill your right cheek with air. Again, hold the position for the same amount of time, then relax.
4. Next, fill both cheeks with air and again hold for eight to ten seconds. Relax.
Do the exercise for about five times. My youngest daughter is barely 2 years old, and she laughs whenever I do this exercise, so it's as much fun for her too as it is for me.
