Nobody has yet found the formula for staying youthful and juvenile forever. But slowing down the aging process to some extent is in own your hands by taking care of yourself. 1.  Nourish yourself: Gobble up all the nutritious fruits, green vegetables, delicious cherries and yummy berries. They are not only good for your health but nurture and foster your skin peel from inside out. It also battles the free radicals which are responsible for the wrinkles. It also provides vitamins and omega 3 to the skin.

2.   Drink water: Drinking adequate water is not only significant to have a soft, supple and healthy skin, but also to avert drooping and slouching skin. Drink at least 8 glasses of water or more to supplement firmness to your skin.

3.  Do face exercise: Our face consists of small muscles and to enhance skin muscles, face exercises must be done. A good facial workout session in your daily regimen will help a lot to prevent skin from sagging and making it free from wrinkles.

Do it as follows: frown as much as you can for around ten seconds, then look astonished for the same duration and repeat the same number of times.

4.  Do body exercise: Keep swimming, cycling, skipping, dancing, jogging or anything like that because it improves the blood circulation in your body. This will make your skin glowing and shining.

5.  Avoid prolonged exposure to sun: Sun is a good source of vitamin D and helps in sustaining human life. But excessive exposure to sun is not at all good for skin, especially during the times when sun is at its peak. Applying sunscreen with a good SPF number and a moisturizer are good options before you step out. Ensure whether it's the natural one or not because the lotions with too much chemicals makes your skin prone to wrinkles.

6.  Anti aging skin care treatment: Use only those anti aging skin care products that are natural and effective. Some chemical ingredients present in it are very harsh to the skin.

You can't change the whole contour of your face by using millions of products. Use a good day cream with under-eye gel for the day-time and apply a night cream before sleeping with a face mask once in a week.
